We’re three renovation and installation brands expanding into the ACT, and we need someone on the ground in Canberra who can do two things really well: walk into a client’s home and make them feel confident they’re in good hands, and walk onto a construction site and feel comfortable directing and working with trades.

What we do
Under our brands, we renovate kitchens and bathrooms, install flatpack kitchens and joinery and design and deliver high-end bathrooms and kitchens. Three brands, one team, and we’re growing fast. The ACT is our newest market and this role is how we plant the flag.
What the role actually looks like
No two days are the same. Here’s what a typical week might involve:
You’ll be visiting client homes across Canberra to complete a site check — measuring the overall space, gathering information, and preparing trade quotes on the spot. You’ll be meeting homeowners to understand what they need, and using simple tools put together a quote. You’ll be attending renovation sites to check on progress, support trades, and make sure everything is running to plan on behalf of the project team.
The quoting tools are straightforward and training is provided — this isn’t an estimating role. What matters is that you can connect with people, ask the right questions, and follow through.
A day in the life
- Head to a client’s home for a site check — take measurements, complete the forms, prepare the quote.
- Drive across town to check in on an active renovation site — touch base with the trade onsite, make sure everything’s on track, report back to the project manager.
- Head to another client’s home for a site check — take measurements, complete the forms, prepare the quote.
- Back at home office — update CRM, finalise a quote (if unable onsite), confirm tomorrow’s appointments.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to have done this exact role before. The right person will have some of these but most of all, the right attitude:
- Comfortable in a client’s home — you’ve worked in a role where you needed to build trust quickly with people you’ve never met or you’ve sold face to face. In-home sales experience (trade related — anything residential) is a big tick
- Comfortable on a construction site — you know what’s going on when you walk onto a site. You’ve got some tool experience, you understand the basics of how a renovation works, and trades don’t intimidate you
- Self-directed — the main team is interstate. You’ll be managing your own schedule, your own appointments, and your own day. We need someone who doesn’t need hand-holding
- Organised — you’re juggling appointments, site visits and quotes. If you lose track, things fall through
- Good with technology — we use Salesforce and other platforms. You don’t need to know them now, but you need to pick things up quickly
- White Card — or willing to get one. We’ll help you if you don’t have it yet
- Own vehicle — kilometres are reimbursed
